I'm deeply disappointed with the swimming pool inside Krishnagiri Sports Complex. The level of neglect here is alarming. The pool water is in terrible condition, riddled with algae and moss growth. The toilet facilities are nothing short of appalling, with broken locks, faulty taps, and clogged drains. The outdoor shower area is unsanitary, and there's no enforcement of the showering rule before entering the pool. What's equally concerning is the lack of adherence to the swimming dress code. It's clear that the facility is severely understaffed when it comes to lifeguards. Out of the four swimming pool workers, only one is a certified lifeguard, instead of the four lifeguards required by government norms for a swimming pool of this size. The employment of three unqualified individuals, seemingly due to corruption and a lack of oversight, is absolutely inexcusable. Furthermore, it's deeply troubling that a child previously drowned in this pool due to the lack of lifeguards. While the pool was temporarily closed, it reopened without addressing the underlying problem, indicating a disturbing lack of concern for the safety and well-being of citizens by the local bureaucracy. To make matters worse, it's been reported that funds are being mishandled, with swimmers not receiving tax receipts for payments, and these funds reportedly going to the pool staff instead of the government. Despite these complaints being reported to the District Sports Officer, it's disheartening to note that no action has been taken. This poorly maintained and unsafe pool is not only an inconvenience but also a serious health hazard. It's high time the concerned authorities take immediate action to rectify these issues. The safety, hygiene, and integrity of this facility should be a top priority to prevent waterborne diseases and provide a safe and enjoyable swimming experience for everyone.

This sports development complex is located on Rayakottai main road in Krishnagiri. Procedure to go to c h a vast spot open complex located in Krishnagiri so there were grounds like basketball volleyball handball football.. People of different age groups like small kids to elderly people and able to do morning walk evening walk and play with the children grand children. So there is walking space like a walkers step by step walk around the arandi development area where it is around kilometre circumference. I could see people doing yoga people wear like in judo classes and people taking silambam. So there is parking spaces for two wheelers and four wheelers. The development centre is open from morning 6: 30 am to 8.30 am and afternoon 3: 30pm to 7.30 pm for public. There are shop printers outside the gate with a sell t-shirts track pants. There is also a aavin tea parlor, outside the get where it can get tea milk coffee and some biscuits and snacks. It was good to see people coming on Sunday their kids.
